Han Sung-joo
Currently a professor of Political Science and director of the Ilmin International Relations Institute at Korea University, Han Sung-joo is also chairman of East Asian Vision Group and co-chairman of the CSCAP. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the UN Secretary-General's Special Representative for Cyprus and as a member of the U.N. Inquiry Commission on the 1994 Rwanda Genocide. He holds a a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. His recent works include: Changing Values in Asia, Korea in a Changing World, Korea Diplomacy in an Era of Globalization.
 
Bae Chong-ryel
A senior research fellow at the Overseas Economic Research Institute, the Export-Import Bank of Korea. He has participated in the Tumen River Area Development Programme of UNDP, and has visited North Korea several times. He has a Ph.D. in International Business from Seoul National University and has written "The Foreign Capital Importation Policy in Rajin-Sonbong Area: Evaluation and Prospects," and "Financial Cooperation in Northeast Asia."
 
Lee Seung-hwan
Professor of Philosophy at Korea University, he is a graduate of Korea University, received an M.A. from National Taiwan University, and a Ph.D. in Asian Philosophy from Hawaii University. He is the author of Reinterpretation of Confucianism as a Social Philosophy, and has written "The Anti-Confucian Character of Confucian-Capitalism," and "Critical Analysis of 'Asian Value' Discourse,"among others.
 
Kang Won-tack
Currently a visiting research fellow an the Institute for Far Eastern Studies, Kyungmam University, he is a graduate of Seoul National University and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Graduate School of SNU. He is coauthor of The Resurgence of Europe: The Development and Future of the European Union, and wrote "Ministerial Resignation: 1945-1997," and "Ideology and the Vote: The 1997 South Korean Presidential Election."
 
Lee Jong-seok
A research fellow at the Sejong Institute, he holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Sungkyunkwan university. He specializes in inter-Korean relations and wrote "A Study on Unification in the Era of Two Koreas," "Understanding Contemporary North Korea," and "A Study of the Workers' Party of Korea."
 
Chung Chung-gil, Jeon Chang-gon
Chung Chung-gil is a research fellow at the Korea Rural Economic Institute.He holds a Ph.D in Agricultural Economics from National Taiwan University. His major articles include "North Korean Agricultural Distribution and the Farmers' Market," "Toward the Expansion of Agricultural Cooperation in Northeast Asia.," "An Analysis on the Environment of Agricultural Investment in China."
Jeon Chang-gon is also a research fellow at the KREI. He holds Ph.D. in Economics from Korea University, and specializes in agricultural marketing. He has written "The Second Economy of the Agricultural Sector in North Korea," "Agricultural Marketing in North Korea and the Establishment of a New Marketing System after Unification."
